Monk Pink Robe: Pink robes which the child monks wear
In Aye Mya Nandar monastery, the children have only one or two pink robes to wear. So, when it rains, (rainy season is 5 months a year from end of May to end of October), their robes aren’t dry enough and they have to wear wet robes. That’s one of the difficulties the monk children are now facing. The child monks need clean and dry robes for them to wear.
One of our assumptions of hygiene issues of children is not having clean dry cloth on their skin and no extra robes to change into. Mostly need new clean clothes. If you know of any companies who produce the robes and are willing to donate towards pink robes or if you are willing to donate $5 dollars + towards purchasing of 90 new robes
